To set up Medical Clinics at each Orphan/School Site

The purpose purpose

To address the issues of healthcare and education especially among the thousands of orphans left in the wake of the most vicious pandemic the world has ever seen.  Not only does AIDS/HIV destroy its immediate victims, it leaves multitudes of the very old and the very young - the most vulnerable - without hope.
